Systems Management

Real management of large scale and multi-site landscape irrigation systems can be achieved using the most up to date, computerized management tools of the industry. These tools provide the only practical way to monitor, identify and control water usage and maintenance activities on any large scale.  We have the training and the experience required to provide you the benefits of this technology at a cost that makes sense.

Water Management and Information Systems

Monitoring and maintaining a computerized information and control package for irrigation systems such as the Rainbird® Maxicom² ™ is often recognized, by those responsible, to be an under estimated drain on already stretched manpower resources.  These control systems are complex and typically installed at sites where it would be almost impossible to oversee the grounds using traditional means without a large manpower commitment.  The cost of installation was easily justified by the savings to be realized from the reduced manpower required to manage the irrigation system.  Water savings were also to be realized from the use of the system's ET based programming, when properly monitored and maintained.

Unfortunately, and all too often, the individual responsible for managing the system is already stretched too thin to devote the time needed to generate and analyze the reports, much less act on them!   Consequently, the water savings are diminished and the irrigation system soon goes back to one that is essentially manually operated, because no one has the time or expertise (as personnel move up and change positions) to keep the programming going.

Irrigation Partners can solve this problem for you.  Using reliable modem technology and software, we can monitor and manage most systems off site, with minor interface from on site contacts.  We will provide your personnel with the reports they need and with analysis and comment on trouble spots as we see them.  No longer will your valuable technicians be generating paper work when there is work to do!  WE will do it for them, so they can be more efficient at what they do best.  Most sites can be managed for less than what it would cost to hire a new employee at minimum wage.  Contact us for a proposal that details the services we provide and a cost estimate.

Installation and Service of Computerized Irrigation Management Systems

We would be pleased to present a proposal for installing a new computerized management system, weather station or flow meters for the irrigation system at your site.  We can also provide service and install upgrades for your existing equipment.  These control systems work for those that use and maintain them.
