Customer Support Now - Turn The Water Off!

Do you know where the shut off valve is?    My water is running and I cannot get the system to shut off from the control box in the garage!

The map below may help you locate the valve that controls the water to your system. 

Find the valve in a rectangular concrete box or a round plastic box or in an oval cast iron box; often within a few feet of the city water meter. Often, the valve is located in a box near the meter.   Once you have found the valve, shut it off by turning the handle to the right or clockwise.

If you have no luck in finding the control valve for your system, you may have to turn the water off at the water meter until you can get a professional repairman to come out and analyze the problem.  Your local water department or on occasion, the Fire department, may come to your assistance and turn the water meter off.
